Orange Community Players was started in 2005 with a vision to provide quality theatrical productions in the Hillsborough community. Over the years participants have ranged from the ages of 5 to 80 as audiences have enjoyed more than thirty productions.
Our History
Orange Community Players (OCP) began in the spring of 2005 when Deryl McGuire and a few other residents decided that Hillsborough needed a theatre group to provide outstanding theatrical entertainment to the community. From its first show HONK! to this summer’s upcoming production of Annie, Hillsborough residents agree that OCP is living up to its goals for providing visitors a first-rate theatrical experience.
